My target is either Villa Emas (near Queensbay) or N Park (my previous stay).... :P

- at Jelotung Express highway
- should be around 250k
- between 950 - 1200 sqt
- still working on to convert from lease hold to freehold
- high density
2. Oasis
- somewhere near RECSAM
- around 250k
